During this session, I will first balance and harmonize your energy using the singing bowls and tuning forks by grounding and connecting your energy system, so that the energy can begin to flow with ease. I will then work on a specific energy center to start releasing any blocked energy that is preventing your system to flow with ease, so that you can claim this energy back to yourself.
Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body.
With this session you will get an energy reading of your Chakra’s and Aura to identify blockages in your field and get insights about what patterns are blocking your energy. You will then receive a Sound Healing to help you unblock and release these limiting patterns, giving you a deep treatment of your whole energy system.

I will work with Tuning Forks on the different energy centers to bring stagnant or blocked energy back into flow.
